Restock Timelines

All our products have different restock timelines - you can subscribe to our newsletter to be informed when we restock. You can also reach out to our customer service team for more of an estimate via email at procitysupplements@gmail.com .

Incorrect Shipping Address

Be sure to provide and double check the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address. If you accidentally order using the wrong address and your order has yet to ship, please contact us immediately so we can cancel or update the shipping information. If the order has already shipped, please submit a package intercept request to FedEx immediately.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked as "unclaimed" or "return to sender", or has been deemed as undeliverable for any reason by the shipping provider, we will notify you by email. Once the package has been delivered back to us we will process a new shipment to the proper address or process a refund.
